Tactical Global Solutions Group (TGS) Return Policy
TGS has a 30-day returns and exchanges policy. You may return your merchandise to TGS within 30 days upon the receipt of your product. Refunds will be applied to original credit card used at the time of purchase.
Postage will only be refunded on returns due to defective merchandise or an error in shipping by TGS. Postage will not be refunded on returns due to personal dislikes or mistakes made by the consumer in the choice of product he or she purchases. TGS will only honor returns on orders placed directly with TGS. Any exchanges must be made for the same product, or a product of the same value. TGS does not accept returns or exchanges from purchases made outside the United States. Items may not be worn or used. Shipping charges will only be covered by TGS in the event of a return or exchange of a defective product, or a shipping error.
Products being returned that have been removed from their packaging or damage by consumer will require a 30% restocking fee. On large orders a 30% restocking fee is required even in undamaged and unopened products. TGS products have a mandatory 30% restocking fee for all cancelled orders, returns, and exchanges.
TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1.) Call us at 951-796-9825 or e-mail us at email@example.com to get an RA (Returns Authorization) number only for defective merchandise or an error in shipping created and made by TGS.
2.) If, defective merchandise or an error in shipping is created and made by TGS please write the RA number on the outside of the package you are shipping back to us. We recommend using UPS to ship your return. If sending regular mail we recommend insuring the package.
